The Bible – the beginning of morality and civilization for Judaism, Christianity
and Islam, is the cultural and ethical gift of the Jewish people to the world. Millions
around the world identify with the Bible and its reflection on their spiritual life. The
faith, history and stories that took place here in the Holy land stir the
imagination of hundreds of millions throughout the entire world. Thus the objectives
are:
- To erect a predominantly unique geographical space to imbue visitors to the site with a completely biblical experience, spiritually, culturally and historically. The geographical and ecological Biblical vegetation; the expression of historical ties to the Bible; the archeological findings; presentations of the cultural and material biblical way of life; artistic design bringing the prophets and man’s moral duties to life; guiding and explaining through the use of all multimedia and technological aids – all that will come together to fill the area with physical and cultural highlights from biblical days. The Bible Valley will serve as a unique educational, cultural and tourist center for all those who identify with the Bible.
- To enrich visitors and tourists with information and experiences that recall the special character of the original religious, cultural and literary work of the country’s inhabitants – the Book of Books – the Bible.
- To design a center for the Biblical experience, by developing study walks and routes in the footsteps of Bible stories, artistic and literary displays, various visitor activities centers, events and shows, meeting and listening legends and tales from ancient times.
- To explore and present the various cultures that were here over the many generations, thereby contributing to understanding and tolerance among people, countries, opinions and faiths.
- To develop the area as a first-class tourist attraction.
- To recruit resources to carry out the development plan for planting trees, and educational, cultural and tourist facilities, content and accessories.
